It takes more than a good tool for efficient Software Asset Management. License management is a continuous process that requires both knowledge and routines to enable cost savings and more efficient management of digital assets. Snow Software offers courses in Snow License Manager for SAM specialists and SAM License Management Administrators to help you maximise the use and benefit of your Snow platform.

Snow Software offers two distinct certification training courses for all accredited partners; led by expert instructors. The SAM Administration course is adapted to management of the system with focus on learning the techniques behind, and how to administrate Snow License Manager. The focus of the SAM specialists course is to educate these experts to understand and interpret the information in Snow License Manager, tips, how-to´s and processes to apply a successful SAM lifecycle for their customers. Both these courses will focus on theory, which will be balanced by practical exercises.

Requirements for Training

There are no formal requirements for these courses, although some experience in Software Asset Management , the SAM processes and SAM lifecycle management is strongly recommended.
