Snow Inventory Administrator
Over this one day course you will review a typical Snow Inventory Administrator installation with opportunities to discuss configuration alternatives. On completing this course you will be able to successfully configure, manage and troubleshoot your Snow Inventory Administrator installation. We will work with various aspects of Snows solutions and products.
Snow License Manager User
During this two day certified training course we will review the potential of Snow License Manager. You will see how it will enable you to maximize your return on the value of your Snow investment. We will discuss how to get started with the procedures required for the functioning of the SAM processes to manage the entire life cycle of your hardware and software assets, including controlling entitlements to tracking actual application usage. Upon successful exam, you will be certified according to the program Certified Snow Professional, CSP.

Snow License Manager Advanced User
During this one-day certified training course we will build on the Snow License Manager User course. The course is aimed at experienced and certified Snow License Manager Users and focuses on some additional core subjects. During the span of the course you will learn how Snow License Manger uses built-in rules and functions to enable you to optimize your estate. We will also expand on how to use the enhanced metrics and assignments that was delivered with the latest version of Snow License Manager. We will also show you how to use the import and export functions to quickly and safely update the information in Snow License Manager and also how to disseminate that information to key stakeholders. Along with imports you will learn how and when to utilize the Microsoft license statement import function. You will also get the chance to work with advanced functions like PVU licensing in Snow License Manager.

Snow Device Manager Administrator
Over this one day course you will learn Snow Device Manager terminology, how to use Snow Device Manager manager in order to register and manage your mobile devices. This includes Inventory, device information, security setting, restrictions, reports, deployments etc.

Snow Automation Platform Administrator
During this one-day certified training course you will review the use of Snow Automation Platform, discuss the various opportunities, configuration, capabilities, usage scenarios, and how it enables you to maximize your return on the value of your Snow investment. You will learn about the benefits of Self Service, the architecture behind Snow Automation Platform and how to trouble shoot errors. You will also gain understanding on how Services, Workflows and Activities are used and re-used within the Automation Platform. Upon successful exam, you’ll be certified according to the program Certified Snow Professional, CSP.
Certified Snow Engineer, CSE
Due to the updated training and certification program Certified Snow Professional, CSP, the pervious CSE course (Certified Snow Engineer) is discontinued.
A new course and certification is planned to be available from the second half of 2017

Training costs are invoiced at the point of course registration. Snow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training courses up to five days prior to the training date. Delegates may reschedule training up to five days prior to the event.
